Moose was relinquished by his owner for unknown reasons in early 2011. Thanks to Kern County Animal Control and the Northern California Weimaraner Rescue for getting him into a loving foster home quickly. He was adopted by his forever pet parents within a couple weeks. Moose has retained his given name. A formerly avid runner, he's since retired, but still enjoys squirrel chasing, couches (against house rules), and food.
