I rescued Casey 2 years ago from Northern California Weimaraner Rescue. At nine years old she is the youngest and sweetest of the three that I have rescued and my constant companion. We log many miles in parks and neighborhoods and she greets everyone with a smile and a wag. Because she lived most of her life as a commodity rather than as a pet, being used as a breeder, her health was very poor when she came to me and subsequently she lost most of her teeth. Consequently her tongue makes frequent appearances and she has trouble controlling it's direction so eating is a challenge. She is the only dog I've ever had that yodels when excited so it's great fun to find things that are exciting for her!
