Here I am, again, at another brewery, enjoying life. It's 11 days before my 14th birthday. Since my NCWR rescue in 2007, I have tried my hardest to be a very good dog. In the olden days I would run with my dad. Now what I do most is a lot of sleepin’. In May 2019 I was diagnosed with a tumor on my spleen; my parents were told that I had 4 to 6 weeks. Fifteen months later, I keep on truckin’, as I have heard they said in the ‘70s. I came to my parents with the name Millie, but was renamed Millsiford Peabody Extraordinaire, the Spring-Loaded Wonder Pup. You may have seen me at NCWR Galas, hanging out in my bed behind the bar while my parents pour wine. I may be around in 2021 to hopefully see you at the (paws crossed) in-person Gala.
