Your Pet's Story
We adopted Alfie from NDLB in May 2024. She came to us at 7 years old, very timid and having to learn what it’s like to be a family pet. With love, patience, and reassurance, she has blossomed so much over the past year. She is the sweetest girl and the perfect addition to our family. She loves playing outside (no matter the weather), her dog beds, getting brushed, and treats! As you can see from the photo, Alfie has special outfits for all the holidays, and is the star of our family’s calendar. It is so heartwarming and rewarding to see this senior girl living her best life! We love you Alfie!
