Your Pet's Story
I looked at multiple adoption sites and did lots of research on what breed of dogs are easy to train and good with kids. I found Taki on the No Dog Left Behind website and fell in love. His name was Blake at the time. We decided he needed a name that fit us, so he became Taki. We hit the jackpot with Taki... he was easy to train, he's super friendly, he loves all people, he barely ever barks, he stays in our yard with us without a leash (most of the time:)) and he likes to snuggle. He gets excited when we ask him if he wants to go for a ride. The 3 hour drive home from his foster family when we picked him up in August of 2021 was the start of many road trips with Taki and a wonderful bond with his humans.
