Gumbo loves walks and anyone who will pay attention to him. I wanted to start an instagram account for him - Gumbo with strangers - as he is always making friends everywhere he goes. Even if you are not paying attention to him, he will come and sit on your foot, or casually walk under your hand so you are accidentally petting him. He loves playing with the cat since his elder beagle brother isn't up for it much anymore. Gumbo loves tomatoes, especially picking them off the vine in our backyard.

He has been called "the most chill basset ever!" by NEBHR's very own president!
