Lulu was a foster failure from the Basset Hound Rescue of Southern California in March 2012. She was a challenge initially after life on the streets, but has enriched our lives immeasurably since. We’ve gone on to foster many hounds in her and her older sister Annabelle’s (12 year old basset) honor.
