Vinny came into Toby's life about a year ago and his rambunctious personality did not quite fit with Toby's laid back demeanor. However, once Toby realized that all Vinny wanted was to be be buds, he let the little things go and now the two are the best of friends. They can be found chasing each other around the house, drinking out of the same water bowl, and sun bathing by pool.
