Baxter came from a rescued mama Basset and had 7 brothers and sisters. He now has lung cancer, but is doing well. He has participated in 2 Woofstock events in the last couple years and can't wait to go again. It's on his bucket list to participate until the end! Please vote for Baxter from Sullivan Maine.
