Adoption or foster story.
I refer to Kahlua as my 'foster fail' but the truth is I was never really his foster! He snuck a ride home with another foster and she handed him over to me. I made the decision to adopt before we could transfer him to me. This one-eyed wonder has brought so much laughter into our home! He knew exactly what he was doing when he hitched that ride!!!
