Adoption or foster story.
After the recent passing of a very loved 15-year-old cat, I swore I was not getting another any time soon, after all we still had two others, but you know what they say about the best laid plans... I couldn’t help getting kitten fever and looking at pictures. I snuck out to conveniently pick up takeout at white duck taco one Thursday night, knowing (but not saying out loud) that it might be my only chance to meet the kitten then known as Tom Baker in person. I managed to pick up my takeout and leave without him, but knowing that having a friend and neighbor there meant he was a text message away. An hour later that’s exactly what happened. He was renamed Seymour after the song from Little Shop
Of Horrors: “Suddenly Seymour is standing beside me...” He’s my boy!
