A little about me...
We adopted the Chooch from Nevada SPCA's feral section, along with NoelleSwanBabiesKitties, in October 2019. We had a terrible rat problem and learned about the feral cat adoption program. Welp, NSBK has happily gone rogue in our neighborhood chasing rats, bunnies and all moving things to eat. The Chooch has cozied up to us in indescribable ways. He's our lovable guy who chirps to be brushed; LITERALLY chirps all day long for us to brush him. And boy does he love his treats! His coat has gone from grey and matted to black, shiny and handsome. He has learned to not claw at us. And we haven't seen or heard him hiss for over a year. He even comes prancing when we call for him. What a blessing to our family. It's been amazing to watch his transformation from a frightened cat to the most wonderful creature we have known. What a lesson in patience and love for our daughters. The added bonus? Our now rat-free house.
