A little about me...
We adopted Phoebe from Nevada SPCA when she was 8 months old. She is the sweetest most lovable cat we have ever had. She loves to chill and take lots of naps. Her favorite spot to lay is on my right shoulder against my neck. Phoebe never meows, she just purrs and makes biscuits on us. Phoebe is so happy and content to be in a safe and loving home.
