Julie was rescued from a backyard in Florida. She kept escaping from the barbed wire yard in the process almost ripping one of her ears off. The third escape she wandered into a neighboring yard. They kept her and nursed her back to health. They moved to Maine and decided to rehome her to a family familiar with the breed. We have be inseparable since❤️. She is the sweetest most gentle dog. We had her for 6 months before hearing her bark! Imagine a basset hound that doesn’t bark!?
