Pet's Story
Hi there, my name is Ella. I am a 11 year old golden retriever mix from Alabama. When my mum and I see pure bred golden retrievers, she always says I’m like a great knock off purse and better than the real thing. That makes me feel good because I had a rough start in life. Thankfully some kind folks took me out of that situation and into a loving foster home where I met my mum. That was 10 years ago now and she calls me her foster failure. My mum and I went everywhere together. We have been on trains and planes and even boats. I have seen and done a lot in life. I’m getting a little older now and slowing down. I was looking forward to retirement but my family decided to bring home a little brother. I wasn’t sure at first but now I like him. He gets me moving and shakin and now we are a dynamic duo. My mum has always said I’m the cutest nugget on the face of the earth. I’ve also overheard her say it to my brother. But I know that I am definitely the favorite. What’s not to love!
