Daphne

Pet's Story
We adopted Daphne last fall from New Fairfield Shelter. She was a very large 10 month old with tons of energy. Daphne had spent her puppy years at numerous shelters before being rescued. It took her some time to trust us and feel at home, but with lots of love and patience she has become a loving addition to our family. She takes very good care of her "human" siblings waiting outside their door until 7:00 to wake them with excitement and licks every morning for school. She stays in their room every night to make sure they are asleep before she goes to bed herself. Daphne loves protecting our yard from squirrels and lounging in the sunshine, getting into silly mischief and playing ball. Most of all she loves being with her family.
