This is Luna, also known as LunaBear, Bear, LoonieBear, LunaGirl …… She is a Long Coated American Akita and will be 5 in October. Her favorite seasons are Autumn and…. I’m sure you guessed by the picture… Winter. She can lay out in the snow ALL day.
She’s a Mama’s girl through and through but that doesn’t stop her excited wooooos and bunny hop greetings for her favorite people.
Her adorable face and calm demeanor earn her friends (human and doggie) almost everywhere she goes which just happens to be almost everywhere I go.
This girl came into my life right when I needed to find that spark of joy again and she has given me that and so much more.
