The dog with the most votes will be crowned Green Bay's NEW Top Dog 2022, be featured on the specialty NEW Top Dog brew, and win more than $1000 worth of prizes.

• Help pick the style of the Zambaldi Beer's NEW Top Dog 2022 specialty beer, customize the specific recipe, be there on brew day, and name the beer after your dog (subject to brewery approval)
• A commemorative, custom-framed print of Green Bay's Top Dog 2022 beer label
• $500 Fleet Farm gift card
• A five-night stay at TailWaggers Doggy Day Care at either the  De Pere or the Bellevue location

The dog with the second-highest number of votes will be featured on the back label of the specialty beer and win an additional $500 in prizes.

• A wellness visit with Riverside Animal Hospital
• 30-minute pet photography session including print  with Debra Lake Photography

• Automatic entry into the Championship Round

The dog with the third-highest number of votes will also be featured on the back label of the special NEW Top Dog 2022 brew and win more than $350 in prizes:
