Hey voting peeps, I'm Jarvis! No, my name isn't Lassie, but I AM a Lassie dog, just a darker version. If any of you are Ironman fans, you know where my name came from. Following in true superhero fashion, I am on the fast track (pun intended) to become a search and rescue live tracking dog! Actually, as I sit here and write this, mom is frantically packing us up so we can head to Indiana for certification! I started this awesome journey only 7 months ago, which they tell me is quite impressive! Honestly, I just love using my nose. You know what else I love to search for....RATS! Yes, you heard that right, rats. Mom found this super awesome sport where I get to search for rats in a course of straw bales! No, I don't actually touch them or hurt them, they are safe inside PVC tubes, but it sure is fun to use my nose to find them! Those silly humans try to trick me and put out empty tubes and dirty litter tubes in the course too, but I know which ones are the rats! I actually have so much fun doing this, that this summer I received a very high title, which they call a RATCHX. They said that I am the 6th Collie in nation to earn this title! Pretty cool, huh? Oh man, I almost forgot, there is another thing that I love to do that doesn't involve my nose...herding sheep! You know, something that Collies are REALLY known for 😉
