My dog is the coolest because...
Gracie was a rescue dog, so of course, she likely had a rough start, but when I read about how the family adopted her returned her, I knew she needed a family that would commit. We had lost our longtime family pup, Taco, a couple months before a friend sent me Gracie’s profile. Our hearts were still heavy after losing Taco, but when we met Gracie, we knew this feisty girl deserved a loving home. We quickly found out that her protective nature was what got her in trouble with her former fam. It takes her awhile to warm up to folks, and until she does, she barks, growls and might even nip a bit. But after being with us now nearly four years, she’s settled in and loves on us like she belongs - because she does! We love this little girl - and hope you do, too!
