Charlotte is amazing! She’s been deaf since birth, but you’d never know it. She’s a great ambassador for other dogs with special needs - she’s well trained, dog-friendly, and super people friendly. Also, Charlotte has helped over 60 dogs find their forever families by being a patient foster sister - teaching them how to be a good dog and family companion. She never quits giving love and attention to people and pups.
