Rio is available for adoption at the Oshkosh Area Humane Society (OAHS). Rio is one of our longest-term guests and he is SWIMTASTIC! We think he was born to be a dock dog! He's inspired OAHS volunteers do donate swims for dogs at the shelter through the local Doggie Paddle pool. It helps give dogs mental and physical stimulation and it's just plain fun.
