My dog is the coolest because...
Gary is not only a marvel of modern genetics (the golden retriever/basset hound mash up is unparalleled) but he has the personality to match!

First spotted roaming the streets in rural Texas, legend has it he initially evaded his would be rescuers (lesson here is to never underestimate those little legs!) Upon his eventual wrangling, Gary settled into a well-deserved life of luxury which ultimately brought him north. At home in Wisconsin, his mom and dad have made him their entire personality (with personalized merch) and he has become VERY familiar with the designated "cheese drawer."

While we can't take credit for the perfection that is his name (thanks, Saving Sully!) we have come to understand that Gary contains multitudes. For example, in the morning upon waking he is more akin to a pig as he snorts, squeals, and wiggles in anticipation of breakfast (or going outside to sniff out bunnies 🤷🏼‍♀️). Our lil piggy also has not
forgotten his southern roots, frequently transforming into a what we've dubbed "Giddy Up Mode." This stumpy boy's zoomies could rival even the best rodeo bulls, and we've even witnessed him kick into high gear reaching the mythical "Triple G Mode: Giddy Up Gremlin Gary."

Don't let the excitement fool you though, this boy LOVES to sleep (and better yet, snuggle). He warms up his mom's side of the bed every night while she gets ready before taking his place sandwiched between his people. If his people aren't available for a cuddle (rude) he can be found canoodling two of his favorite toys, a lobster named Larry and a replica Portillos hot dog.

Gary has made "live, laugh, love" cool again because that's exactly what he's given us - a life filled with laughter and love (and he shares that with everyone he meets!) He's the best of the best boys, the coolest dog around!
