My dog is the coolest because...
This lil tripod, has Rescued me in so many ways . As a newly widowed woman who had also just lost ine of her dogs, I was in need of some healing and so we went to milwaukee animal control center. He was on medical hold as he was brought in with multiple breaks to one leg. He was either going to need to be adopted and the leg amputated or... I couldn't think of that or. I COULDNT LET THE OR... happen to this under a year old baby. So with the help of Unforgettable Underdogs we took him under our wing and I was his new foster to adopt family. He needed a great name .. a big strong spirit that he was. So I named him Apollo " the God of healing" in hopes we would both heal together. He did just that, he has helped me heal my broken heart and together we have found new strength we have never known. This lil furry earth angel with 3 legs has helped me navigate so much pain and loss.
