My dog is the coolest because...
Midge was a rescue dog we adopted through Albert’s Dog Lounge Rescue. She came out of Alabama from a life being tied outside as a backyard breeder, dumped alongside the road with her last litter. Once in Wisconsin, she overcame a few more challenges. She was Heartworm positive, she had two mast cell tumors removed and has arthritis in her back end. Through all this, she has remained the most sweetest, fun loving dog. She is famous for her barrel rolls when she runs the backyard. Best of all, Midge has become a certified therapy dog through Alliance of Therapy Dogs and soon will embark on her career as a R.E.A.D. Dog, hanging out with kids while they practice their reading skills. She is the coolest dog in our opinion and would make a great ambassador for any shelter or rescue with her likeness on a tasty beverage can!!
