Finnigan was born 2 weeks after the pandemic came out, because of that he's a pretty much "family only" peppers. Despite that glitch in Finn's personality we love our strong headed stubborn boy and wouldn't trade him in. In exchange he is charged a " mom gets to play with my ears" tax at the end of every night.
