She's the coolest because she's Frankie, and Frankie came all the way to West Allis from Alabama, lives her best life, snorting and gassing down sidewalks and through taprooms all around town. She was born in 2017, has two bum knees and a bum heart, but that heart is a loving one. Vote for her stinky self!
