A little about me...Both of my boys (the brothers) came from NHSPCA Stratham. They love the beach, Christmas, long weekends and homemade dog treats (which the boys and I make together weekly). We make these treats for all their friends. They are heart friendly, low carb treats.
The brothers love their 2nd chance and waking up everyday no matter the weather or the News of the world. Each day they are more excited than the previous day. Both have come so far.
Scooter was at NHSPCA Stratham until my beautiful Golden, Cooper (RIP), went to welcome him into our house when other families noticed his standoff ways. It wasn't a quick adjustment for any of us but we knew right from the beginning Scooter would be able to love people. Cooper passed of a brain tumor 5 months after Scooter arrived. Part of adopting Scooter was that there would be another dog in the house. So broken-hearted, the next day we got Scout for Scooter's sibling.
Scout is scared of brooms, rakes and canes. He is such a love. He, too, cannot wait for each sunrise and to start a new day and our bunny walk every night.
Both brothers really tussled when they first met and had 4 horrible fights. After reading many books and training myself, they now snuggle (like the picture shows) and appreciate life.
We watch the Grinch so they wear their Grinch pajamas every December as we get ready to celebrate another Christmas.
