Reserve a Calendar Day

Submit the form below for each day you wish to reserve. Some of the information collected below may not be used depending on design restrictions.

Submitted "reserve a day" photos must be taken horizontally and feature only one animal. No humans or group shots, please. You are welcome to reserve multiple days to recognize each pet in your life. Photos that have been digitally zoomed-in may become blurry or distorted when printed. Please view the graphic below before uploading your image. To ensure that your photo is not improperly cropped or distorted, please re-size your photo to the specifications listed. If your image does not fit these specifications, the NHSPCA will need to edit the image to fit the requirements necessary for inclusion in the calendar.

All "Reserve a day" participants will receive a free copy of the 2023 NHSPCA Calendar to thank them for their support.

If we do not have your shipping address on file, at the end of the fundraiser you will be contacted via the email address you provide so that the necessary information can be obtained.
