I love helping mom ship orders and taunting my new sister out of her comfy chair!

A little about me...
Just look at my face! I'm a sultry eyed Oklahoma boy, brought to NHSPCA from an overcrowded Oklahoma shelter. Here I'm playing tug of war with mom's packing paper. My new mom adopted me to help ease the pain of losing the family's senior kitty "Look a Like" and to give my new "sister" Chloe a friend as she was so lonely. When mom first came to see me at the shelter I did my best to strut my stuff and show off for her. How could she resist my flashing eyes?
My shelter name was "Rhubarb" but my new mom named me Reginald Von Rhubarb the First, "Reggie Rhubarb" for short!
Though I had great paws to fill, I am truly a southern gentleman and have adapted well to my new home, enjoying the comfort of the woodstove on a cold New England night. My older pal Chloe has accepted me and we play zoomies together every morning before mom and dad get up. It's taken me awhile to get used to all the cuddles and kisses, but I'm coming around and have even started following mom around the house. Who knows, one day I may take my place atop her head each night and return the hugs and kisses as my predecessor did. I'm a bit more independent but am beginning to enjoy all the attention. Mom says this is the first time she's ever had to adopt from a shelter as so many strays found her over the years she literally had a houseful! What a lucky day for me when she came to NHSPCA and took me, once a stray, home!
