Clark was born in Georgia and was rescued from a high kill shelter at a year old by Black Dog Second Chance Rescue. From there, he was fostered, then adopted, but a year later his owner died.
He was about to be taken to a shelter when we found out about him from a friend. We adopted him right away! Clark was then diagnosed with Heartworm disease shortly after we adopted him. He got through the painful and lengthy treatment like a rockstar!!! He is our love, our protector and just an absolute joy. We love our Clarky to pieces!!!!!
