My NICU Graduate's Journey
Jimmy was born at 21 weeks and six days and weighed a whole 13 ounces. He spent his first six months in the NICU fighting for strength and stability. He had a PDA (Which is since been fixed with surgery) and a grade 3 Brain bleed(Which resolved completely on its own.) Unfortunately, due to his vocal cord paralysis, he can’t take a bottle or breast-feed but he is growing every day and defying all the odds!

What makes you proud of you NICU graduate?
He is happy, well adjusted, very feisty boy. He’s showing interest in food and is slowly reaching his milestones.
