My NICU Graduate's Journey
Jaxon was born at 26 + 3 at 1 pound 5 ounces. He was fighter from the beginning. It was a very long road of different breathing machines and the help of a g-tube, but Jaxon was coming home after 181 days. Jaxon is now a thriving 2 year old meeting development milestones. He is the happiest, sweetest little miracle. We couldn’t thank our nurses and doctors at JSUMC enough for giving us so much hope and love, you truly were our family for 6 months celebrating milestones with us.

What makes you proud of you NICU graduate?
His perseverance and strength. Even now at 2 years old his is so determined and just so happy. He reminds us to be thankful everyday.
