My NICU Graduate's Journey
He was born at 2lbs 4oz at 35wks. He had a single artery umbilical cord and stopped growing at 29 weeks. He has IUGR. He had club foot and multiple other congenital conditions affecting his kidneys heart and spine. He spent 6 weeks in Morgantown and came home on oxygen. We currently are awaiting the day we have back surgery. He also had stage two chronic kidney disease.

What makes you proud of you NICU graduate?
No matter what medical journey he faces he buys on his brave face and clears the hurdle. We have a few more in the future but he will tackle them and overcome anything in his way.
