My NICU Graduate's JourneyJia’Vonni was born with an intestinal and heart defect. She’s had 5 surgeries since her birth and is facing open heart surgery this summer. Even though she face challenges, she still strives for greatness. She’s an active Tball player and cheerleader. Not only is she an accomplished athlete, she’s on top of her academics in pre-K. She has been announced as being the class salutatorian. She scored 750 out of 800 on her kindergarten readiness assessment! Nothing is stopping JIA❤️
What makes you proud of you NICU graduate?Jia understands she has health issues but she doesn’t allow those issues to put fear in her. She will try almost any activity that her doctor okay’s. She’s a very active kid
