My NICU Graduate's Journey
After a long labor & delivery, Jett was born “stunned” and began having consistent seizures. We were transferred to Dell Children’s in Austin where we learned that he had suffered multiple perinatal strokes. We spent 12 days in the NICU getting his seizures under control and learning about the potential side effects of the strokes. Now, at almost 11 months, he is completely healthy, happy, perfect baby boy — our Miracle Boy!

What makes you proud of you NICU graduate?
Jett has always been so strong & resilient, overcoming things in his first two weeks of life that are harder than some people go through in a lifetime. As he’s gotten older, he has developed the most joyful, hilarious personality and we can’t wait to see the difference he will make in this world.
