My NICU Graduate's Journey
Daemon was born at 34 weeks due to severe preeclampsia that almost ended the lives of both him and his mom. He had a 2 month stay in the NICU due to heart rate and feeding difficulties, but graduated shortly after! Daemon is still seen at Seattle Children’s Hospital for developmental delays and feeding difficulties, but he doesn’t let that stop him! His favorite activities are to read books, play with his older siblings, and to go down any slide he sees! He loves animals, but his favorite are cats! He loves to give high fives, kisses, and brings a smile to the face of everyone he sees!

What makes you proud of you NICU graduate?
Daemon has had a tough road. Between the early birth, the feeding difficulties, and the extensive developmental delays. However, he never lets that stop him from going to play or achieve his goal!
