My NICU Graduate's Journey
Isabella & Leo are a special story. They were born at 30 weeks, 3 days, each weighing a little over 3 pounds. I didn’t get to meet them until 6 weeks, as they were being discharged into the foster care system. I was their then Foster Mom. We’ve had them since that day and officially adopted them in 2023. They are both so special to my husband and I and they continue to thrive in life. We cannot wait to see how they continue to write their life story.

What makes you proud of you NICU graduate?
They are so fun to watch grow and thrive. From our tiny peanuts to little humans. Leo had to overcome torticollis and plagiocephaly as part of his journey.
