My NICU Graduate's Journey
Lexi, our lucky one, was born on St Patricks Day 2024. She was born at 32 weeks, weighing 4 lbs. We spent just under a month in the NICU. When it was time to learn to feed, it was a struggle. She would tire out so quickly, and have to be fed the rest through her tube. One day, it just clicked. After that, she just had to go a spell of time with no “Brady” episodes, and then she was a graduate!

What makes you proud of you NICU graduate?
I am so incredibly proud of every thing she does. Every milestone feels miraculous. You learn to celebrate the little things in the nicu, and that has never left me.
