My NICU Graduate's Journey
My’Laiya was born 6 weeks early and had quite a stay at the NICU. She was underweight but she didn’t let anyone count her out! She thrived and after 16 days she was released from the Nicu. She left with a car seat bed because she couldn’t pass the car seat test. She defied all odds and now she is working in gaining her neck strength and doing physical therapy to help her along her journey! She’s such a character and she loves to laugh and loves to watch Ms.Rachel.

What makes you proud of you NICU graduate?
My’Laiya defied all odds and came out on top. During pregnancy they were afraid she wouldn’t grow because of Intrauterine Growth Restriction but she proved everyone all wrong and she loves to laugh and is thriving in life now. She loves music and loves her family. She has the most affectionate laugh and smile that makes you wanna smile too!
