My NICU Graduate's Journey
He was born at 25 weeks, only had a 8% survival rate at birth. He needed a breathing tube then was transferred onto by-pap machine then CPAP before he could be put on high flow oxygen. He had multiple blood transfusions. Due to him being in Colorado he needed oxygen until after he was discharged from the NICU. He spent 84 days in the NICU, he is now home. Very happy healthy baby!

What makes you proud of you NICU graduate?
I’m proud that he made it home happy & healthy!! NICU can be a very traumatizing experience so we take the wins anywhere we can!
