My NICU Graduate's Journey
Aniston was born at 33.0 weeks on Memorial Day 2021! We had been on bed rest for 8 weeks post fetal surgery and she decided she didn’t want to wait any longer to meet us! She was so strong and able to come off oxygen in less than a day. She experienced all the tests and pokes, and even failed a couple hearing screenings, but she was so strong the entire time. She continued to learn to eat, feed, breathe, and regulate temperature and graduated from the NICU at 23 days old!

What makes you proud of you NICU graduate?
Aniston has been through more than she ever should have at such a young age. Fetal surgery, preterm delivery, and all the NICU protocols kept us on our toes but she continued to show how strong and resilient she was. She worked hard to get well to come home and has maintained that fierce spirit. We are so proud of her!
