My NICU Graduate's Journey
Camden was born early due to my high blood pressure. He was immediately taken away as he was having trouble breathing! He had a pneumothorax and had a quick procedure to fix that. The first 24hrs of his life was very scary, but my little guy was a fighter!! The nurses were amazing and helped me and my husband during our emotional roller-coaster of emotions while we were in the NICU. My son is now 12, and you'd never guess he had so much trouble at birth. He just finished his 6th grade school year with straight A's!!

What makes you proud of you NICU graduate?
He fought and fought hard. He honestly makes me proud by everything he does. He has a heart of gold, and shares his knowledge with everyone he comes across!
