My NICU Graduate's Journey
We were told we couldn’t have children naturally. We went through test after test to eventually try to do in-vitro to start a family! Eventually we decided that wasn’t for us. The mental and physical exhaustion was too much! We adopted our first beautiful baby girl three years ago. So it came as a surprise that after almost 10 years of infertility we were pregnant! Spencer was born a feisty little diva! She was named “spicy Spencer” in the nicu! She knows what she likes and what she doesn’t!! Almost everyone who worked with her had a nickname they gave her! She was so small but she fought every step of the way! Our sassy girl kept everyone on their toes!

What makes you proud of you NICU graduate?
I am so proud of Spencer for having her own spunk and for surpassing all the milestones she was given! Blessed is an understatement
