My NICU Graduate's Journey
Jaxyn was born at 34 weeks and had an extensive stay in the NICU due to hypoglycemia. At birth his blood sugar was 10 and he was immediately admitted to the NICU. From there he was placed on a feeding tube as well as a pic-line to receive dextrose and nutrients to stabilize his blood sugars. He was not eating from the bottle for the first 72 hours

What makes you proud of you NICU graduate?
I’m very proud of Jaxyn because he has grown to be such an amazing, smart, sweet, and well mannered little boy. He is literally the joy of my life and I found be more proud of him!
