My NICU Graduate's Journey
My daughter was a surprise baby. I did not know I was pregnant until I pushed her out in the toilet. It was such a huge shock! The ambulance picked us up and rushed us to Christiana Hospital in Newark DE. They took my baby to do test on her and I found out that I was 36 wks. Amoura weighed 2 pounds and had to stay in the NICU so she could gain some weight. She was born on 8/25/2019 and got discharged 9/27/2019

What makes you proud of you NICU graduate?
Amoura is the top of her class academic. She is my miracle baby. Doctors told me I could not have kids and she fell into my lap when I needed her.
