My NICU Graduate's Journey
Daniel was born at 28 + 6 days weighing only 2lbs 4.7 ounces due to preeclampsia complications. But he was a strong little fighter from day 1. From pulling out his feeding tube on his own to lifting his head on his own with cpap and all at only 1 month old to only needing minimal breathing support.

What makes you proud of you NICU graduate?
What makes me proud of my NICU graduate is seeing him grow and thrive exceeding any expectations after being on the other side where we as his parents were trying to mentally prepare for the possibility that he may not make it after being born so early.
