NICU Hospital for my journeySt. Luke’s Allentown
My NICU Graduate's JourneyBriggs was born at 32 weeks via emergency C-Section, due to his mother developing a rare life-threatening pregnancy complication called HELLP Syndrome. Briggs was born not breathing and was on a ventilator for a few days after delivery. After many leaps forward and some steps backwards, he came home after a month. Since then he has continued to grow into such a happy, smiley boy!
What makes you proud of you NICU graduate?Briggs has beat the odds since day one, fighting for his life and now thriving 9 months later. He never gave up, and continues to challenge himself to keep growing and learning. Briggs is also constantly complimented on how happy he is, and spreads joy to everyone-despite his challenging start.
