My NICU Graduate's Journey
On September 30th, 2020 at 6:24 AM Jameson was born via an emergency c-section. He was immediately intubated and wheeled off to the NICU. While in the NICU, the doctors told us that he would likely have multiple issues to deal with, provided he survived. With the world dealing with the COVID pandemic, we felt ostracized as he wasn't allowed to have any visitors except us, his parents. As the days rolled on, Jameson continued to fight and defy the odds. On December 29th, 2020 we were able to bring Jameson home.

What makes you proud of you NICU graduate?
Jameson displayed strength and perseverance during such a scary time period in our lives. Jameson required physical therapy around the 8 month old mark. Each day, he continued to progress and instill a sense of hope that we hadn't seen before. Currently, Jameson is a 4 year old, completely healthy boy that is going to start Pre-K in Fall 2025. With no medical obstacles in sight, Jameson is our walking, talking miracle!
