My NICU Graduate's Journey
New Year’s Day I got admitted to the hospital found out I had signs of preeclampsia but that it was to early for delivery and that I was not dilated got sent home and that same night my water broke and went back to hospital I was scared and had a room
Full of nurses waiting for my 33 week old to be born when he was born no one could believe he was 33 weeks he was 7lb 5oz big boy but he still had to be put in a Iv and had to get glucose test had jaundice and had to get caffeine the. The feeding tube was the last thing to come off 3 weeks in the NICU we got released

What makes you proud of you NICU graduate?
I’m so proud of my him everyday he would surpass his expectations on feeding and he was definitely one of the bigger baby’s in the NICU but that goes to show u NICU baby’s can be all different type of weights and sizes
